The previous post is right. If you know that is what you want get it. My 6.5x300 that I got last year was the stainless with the ibex camo stock. I really liked it and got it for under 800 out the door. They are really hard to find now and a lot more money. -

I have 2 6.5 creeds. One in a weatherby vanguard and one in a browning xbolt hunter. I just recently picked up the browning but have shot plenty of PA whitetails in the last 4 years with the vanguard. I also have a vanguard 6.5x300 that I got last year. I live in PA also . I dont have any tikkas but have a weatherby vanguard in 6.5 creedmoor. I have shot many deer with it in the last few years. Fantastic cartridge and the man bun jokes dont bother me with my receding hairline. lol. -

J.C. Higgins Model 51
The action is a FN action if that helps. I took it to the range over the summer . Both shots were dead on at a hundred yards. I was going to take it hunting for something different but not crazy about the fine recticle on the scope. Eyes arent what they used to be. -

I bought a box of them at a local store recently. I dont reload. I noticed it said specifically designed for lever action rifles. Does anyone know if they would be safe to shoot out of a ruger super redhawk ? The only thing that I have seen is that accuracy may be compromised shooting them out... -
