Shooting on sand bags off concrete bench. South wind 2-5mph. Shooting dead south. Waiting 3-5 minutes between shots. Hornady Superformance 165gr and some of the older Remington PSP CL‘s I had on the shelf. Rifle shot both about 6” @ 100. This was with the muzzle brake off and the thread...
There’s a crap load of positive reviews on the CA’s too! You gonna tell me theres not a problem with them either I guess! Hell yea there is and I personally know of 2 of them that wouldn’t shoot for shit! No matter what load was tried from factory to trying to reload for the dang thing. I also...
It’s probably not but thanks for the helpful advice!
It’s a lot of talk in several groups about the newer Hunter Pros being hit or miss on accuracy kinda like the CA Mesas and Ridgelines. I’ve seen a couple mention on these that they did the “Kimber 101” treatment on a rifle that wasn’t...
Older thread but I did search and couldn’t find an answer? I’ve just purchased a Hunter Pro in .308 and first trip to the range it’s all over the place. What is this “Kimber 101” I see mentioned?
Just picked up one and the thread protector that came with it looks like a big turd on the end of the barrel! Ugly as crap!
Has anyone found another one that looks better?
Excellent condition (always had cover on it) Leupold GR 12-40x60 spotter. This is the rarer brown version. Not that means anything. Just more uncommon. Glass is 100% on this one. $750 shipped to lower 48. Thnaks
These are in excellent condition with the only sign of use is the wear on the Swarovski emblem. Glass is 100%. New strap and eye guard. Can’t find the objective lens covers. Looking for $800 shipped and insured to lower 48.
I generally wear a 10W but bought these in a 10.5W based off what others said and they fit well with mid to heavyweight socks. Would probably buy the hikers in a 10W to use with lightweight socks.
I’m looking for a lightweight non insulated 7-8” hiker that has plenty of flex and waterproof.
I just purchased the Crispi Guide GTX for a taller boot but hunting here in the MS. Delta they’re probably a little too stiff but I’ll use them out west. Anyway, I’m looking for an early season hiker...
Moving some glass to make room for more.
I have a pair of Zeiss Conquest 8x30’s in excellent condition. These are very light weight with super clear glass. To be honest I’ve tried them side by side with a pair of the early EL 8x32’s I have with the Zeiss edging the EL’s slightly to my eyes...
Thank you for the observation notes! I’m no stranger to the EL’s. I’ve been using them since they first came out. Actually have a pair of the older 8x32’s now but looking to upgrade to something newer. I’m fairly new to the world of Zeiss. Recently acquiring a 8x30BT and 2 V6 scopes. So far I’m...
I’m still in the market for some more premium glass. Currently looking for a pair EL 8x32 and/or 42’s. Looking for the newer ones with the pinned on objective covers and 8x only. I already have 10’s and don’t need another EL Range.
would also consider Zeiss (no conquest) in the same...
