I think a person would be crazy not to pick up either pair of the Cabelas Euros/ Meopta Meostars that are listed as used in the classifieds right now!

    Alternatives to a Bino Harness

These work great and give many different options for style of carry. You would think the small strings would dig in but they really dont. Very comfortable and adjustable.

    Barnes Ballistic Test

They probably will pass through on a deer. On elk we find most of them against the hide on the offside.

    Barnes Ballistic Test

That stump and most others were still attached to the tree when they blew over. They would buck the log off and a lot of times the stump would stand back up because of the roots on the lower side still being in the ground.

Couple rag horns for me. Last years and the year before. Think both bullets came out of year before lasts bull. Put him down with a quartering towards, base of neck shot. Then finished it off. The cool thing to me was that where I harvested the bull in the second picture was a place I hauled...

Kowa vs Meopta vs Swarovski Binos

You can find the Meoptas for at least a $100 less without too much effort. Great glass. I also didn't think the SLCs were anywhere close to being worth almost twice the price.

    Diesel truck regret?

Some of the tuners are coming out with EPA compliant tunes now. I think you will be seeing even more of hem as they learn to adjust.

    Best binoculars around $1000

Meopta meostar and cabelas euro are optically identical. My understanding was that Meopta wouldn't honor the Warranty on the Euros. It had to go through Cabelas. I'm pretty sure somebody on here said they had no issues with Meopta doing warranty work. On their euros. Its something I would look into.

Campers, Toy Haulers, towing them - school me, please

If you go 5th wheel and it has a warranty and convert to a goose neck check the warranty. Some manufacturers wont cover warranty because their trailers aren't designed to withstand the added stress of a gooseneck conversion.
