I was also disappointed to see this. I previously enjoyed their videos as they were somewhat local to me, but I have no respect for blatant poaching like this and will no longer watch any of their content. Although their charges in BC are being written about, they were also charged in Alberta...
We used to have an older CRV, it was a 2008 we picked up for $7k (CAD). It was an awesome SUV, better on slippery roads and even deep snow that my Tundra. Also. maybe saved the occupants life when it got t-boned by a truck going 70km/hr
I love my tundra, but if I was looking I would seriously consider the Nissan. You save a lot of money up front it seems, but of course you lose it on resale in the end.
Anyone have insights on the torque settings for mounting?
Comparing the sportsmatch and Nightforce instructions I see different values:
Sportsmatch rings instructions - 15 in-lbs
Nightforce instructions - 25 in-lbs
For the dovetail clamp screws, the sportsmatch instruction say 38 in-lbs for my...
I’ve used the Diamondback 10x42’s for the past 4 elk seasons and they’ve been adequate for me. One day I will upgrade to alpha glass, but for now these are good enough in my opinion. They are miles better than the $80 bushnells I used before.
Does anyone attach their benchmade altitude sheath onto Molle? I’m wondering the best way to do this. Looking to attach the sheath to the bottom of my Marsupial Gear bino harness.
Is there special clips or something?
Hey folks,
Just wondering if there’s any reason to choose the TO84 rings over the UM rings for my tikka?
This is going on an MDT HNT26 chassis I’m putting together.
Got a stainless tikka t3x 6.5cm (chopped barrel to 19.5 inches), the HNT26 chassis, and a Nightforce NXS 2.5-10 already all in...
Just picked up an NXS and will mount it on my tikka with TO84 rings. Wondering what folks are using for a scope bubble level?
This will be in an MDT HNT26 chassis. Are the sportsmatch levels good (see attached in picture)?
I always go for stainless. I do prefer the looks of cerakote but I think it typically doesn’t cover the inside of the barrel so you’d still get rust in there.
I have the marsupial non enclosed version and it’s been great. It does screw with the phone compass a bit, but if I’m using it to navigate I just hold it out from my body to get a waypoint and have no issues.
