.223 for bear, mountain goat, deer, elk, and moose.

Terminally not the same in my experience. Eld/Amax perform much more consistently than Hornady bthp. The bthp does have some supporters in this thread but if you had a choice between the 2 I’d go with the ELD.

.223 for bear, mountain goat, deer, elk, and moose.

Interesting, I have a lot of time behind an M4/AR platform and never run across that with factory ammo but I have seen less than stellar handgun ammo and had a guy working for me almost lose a hand to bad “factory reloads”. I have seen the slam fires a couple of times but only a single slam fire...

25 GT, is it the new 257 Roberts?

I have a 20 inch 6GT coming because it was on sale and it will primarily be a hunting rifle. If that wasn’t the case, I would def build a 25GT. My first deer rifle was a 257 Roberts and so I’ve always loved the 25s. All that said, my 25 creed is an absolute hammer that out performs my...

    Your first deer rifle?

Ruger Hawkeye MKII in 257 Roberts with a bushnell 3-9x40. Loved the gun and killed lots of animals with it despite it being less accurate than I truly wanted. Put a new barrel on it and now it’s a 257 Roberts AI with a leupold Vx5HD. Still a sweet gun

Ok well you’re speaking about several different situations where IMO there is no benefit of having a will or trust (not having assets or a minimal amount). I’m referring to there being a substantial amount of assets that have to be divided or liquidated. You seem to have a good grasp of the...
