So then the resource is owned by the Federal gov and as such the Federal gov has delegated management authority to the state.
My stance is still that the state should not discriminate against NRs on federal land. I recognize that per this they have the authority to do so as given to them by the...
This isn't true at all. Pirating minerals without a permit is a thing. Just off the top of my head I know it happens in the apparatchiks with coal.
So? Again I'm only talking for Federal land. They'd still have a monopoly on state land.
I think I get it.

The courts do not have the Constitutional authority to make policy or law. This ruling is unconstitutional as I'm reading it here.
SCOTUS is absolutely not the highest level of Federal authority. The state propaganda of public education strikes again. The Founders intentionally gave the courts...
No that's sound practice. In natural disasters resources are limited, but fear is not. In a disaster, if you can do without a resource that others need you should leave it for someone else. Without increased prices there is not enough incentive to ensure there are resources left for others. If...
Obviously I don't otherwise I'd have the same access as residents. Why is that so hard to understand? I'm not crying about anything. I'm simply making an argument. I'm NOT sorry if that hurts your feelings.
Why EXACTLY is that fair? The case has been made here is to why it's not, but no one has...
Then what does exactly?
Who owns the Trust and if its the state what gives them that authority?
If its animals on federal land and both the resident and I had equal opportunity to the tag, then yes, yes I do.
Again why is it that minerals or fossil fuels taken from federal land is a federally...
It seems we've gone full circle. One of the first questions I asked>
You should stop listening when politicians tell you the sky is pink.
Again, I'm talking about taking game on FEDERAL land. Whether its taken in another state or another planet is irrelevant other than who manages the wildlife...
I am equally as entitled as every other US citizen, yes. That doesn't mean I'm entitled to a guaranteed tag. It's a limited resource that must be managed.
And my argument is that as a US citizen I'm every bit as entitled to equal chance at a tag on federal land as a resident is. State land is a different matter.
I appreciate that. I think everything you said is true there. The one part you're leaving out is that I have to get a tag first. Tag allocation is the primary aspect I care about when I say discrimination. It's much more difficult for an NR to get a tag.
I'm planning to hunt Unit 92/94 this...
That's fair. I would like to pay less, but my issue has little to do with the cost and much more to do with the tag allocation and being discriminated against on land I have equal right to.
I think most of the other arguments are a push back against WY residents telling us NRs that we're...
No actually it's not an easy concept.
1. I don't get to choice where my tax dollars are spent. However, I can lobby my congressmen to send less to WY. Maybe we cut a deal, they agree to give less to WY and I agree to support them sending more money to Ukraine.
2. The are resources on federal...
It doesn't mean either is valid. Save the post modernism for gender studies.
You've provided zero data unless I've missed something. And no the screen shot from your google search results doesn't count.
On what exactly? You haven't put forth any arguments other than to try and pick apart the...
At this point I can only assume that you're screwing with us. You can't possible be so dense as to think that your google results hold more merit than the census data that LuvsFixedBlades posted.
I don't doubt that for a second. However, this is an opportunity for me to get some miles on a new pack and get it setup just right before I take it out west.
