Aspens in SW CO Around October 1?

Lot of variables from year to year that can change and differ, I have however heard people say that September 30th is a reliable date to find the leaves still up on the aspens and not fallen yet.

Is the strap removable, so that you can only use the cover portion and not use it as a 'sling' if you wanted?

How do you carry bow elk hunting CO? Bow Hitch worth it?

I agree, carry it in your hand if you can, even something simple to hook the riser or string onto while quickly glassing is all you should need, and some way to strap it to the pack for hiking in the dark or in and out of the woods prior to season open or after season close.

Iron will field points worth it?

After buying a set, I think I regret it, strictly due to cost, pay for way cheaper field points and save the extra money towards actual broadheads, just my 2 cents, but to each their own.

    Tipi experiences please

Love my Seek Outside Cimarron, had it for 6 seasons now, use it less and less now that I archery Hunt instead of Rifle hunting I have less use for such a big burly space, I can store things outside of my shelter during archery instead of having to have it inside the tent.
