Do you prefer one over the other?
I have been looking at some cordage to tie up game bags for our upcoming hunt. I see that Dyneema boasts no stretch and higher strength, but I am concerned about some comments that it is a "slicker" material and knots are tougher.

I have been fortunate to get on gun listing and advertise to trade primers. I live in Des Moines so that kinda helps, but otherwise I check Scheels, sportsman's, and fleet farm a couple times a week and still don't see much. Did score a pound of retumbo at SW today
Ahh. I see, if its any help, the first year was kind of stressful for me to get used to using them, after that it was super easy. I love them for our properties that we don't want to be walking in all the time.
From everything I've seen usually on a 4 pack that's in good condition with the D battery packs, there should be no problem getting 650.
Why are you getting rid of them? I love mine.
Headed out there the 2nd week of May. From what I have been gathering, the biggest issue is going to be the snow pack and access. We are planning A-Z for just those issues.
