    Cardio before lifting

    I always like the thought process of doing a quick cardio to warm up 6 to 8 minutes then keep a high intensity lifting pace to keep the heart rate up, get a bit of both at the same time cardio and weight training. Cardio is the worst lol

    Rifle glare

    Instead of painting the barrel, you could look into a field rifle cover. This way you are taking out 2 birds with one stone. Protecting the barrel from obstruction (water, dirt, mud) and from game potentially picking up on any glare.
