    6oz is worth the 3.5 magnification gained on top end, adjustable parallax, and .5 magnification gained on low end. plus it'll make my rifle recoil less. For under 1000 this optic seems absolutely perfect. Only one I see better over that is the NXS 2.5-10 but even then, I like the moa dot reticle...

    Strongly considering this optic. I hunt a lot of thick cover so curious if the reticle is to thin and busy. Also considering maven rs1.2 but ffp would probably be to small in thick cover.

    Maven RS1.2

    Are these good to go? Looking at the moa version (I don’t know mils). I know Bushnell(Certain ones), NF, SWFA, and trijicon get a lot of love. I know the first version with no illumination failed the famous rokslide test. Did maven improve this 1.2 with advise from rokslide?

    Ruger American Gen II Standard vs Predator

    Hey, I’m considering a ruger american gen II. The Predator has a 22” barrel and the standard has a 20”. Which would yall grab in 7mm-08? Optics will be a 3-9 credo in talleys.

    The leupold hasn’t been used yet. The M77 has sadly went down the road. Kinda regret it. Killed my first deer with it. I was 18 tho so young and dumb. Is still have the weatherby tho. It was my first rifle. Probably will replace the Nikon buck master on it though.
