Bluetooth thermometer

I have a Maverick, it's not bluetooth, but it's wireless. I had bad luck with the wireless only reaching about 30-40 ft through one exterior wall....Not a fan.

Sous vide

I have a number of friends and family with the Anova, both the wifi and bluetooth only models. They work great. It takes some experimenting to get great results though.

Quilt vs. mummy bag

So for broader shouldered people the quilts are generally more comfortable? I'm trying to make exactly this decision right now and I'm only 5'10", but I'm broad shouldered

Elk call for someone with terrible gag reflex?

Just coming back to this, I recently ordered a couple more diaphragms to play with....I'm going to try trimming them way down. I'll update when I get them in my hands.

So I have an AMP diaphragm call....I watched a few videos...I literally cannot even hold it on my tongue without gagging. Bringing it to the roof of my mouth and figuring out positions is completely out of the question. I'm considering trimming the tape way down, but I doubt it will help...

I've never camped in a hammock, but I have a question/idea. What if you took a big mummy bag and cut/sewed a small pass through top and bottom and you hang your hammock inside the mummy bag?
