Always stay in the game mentally until the last possible hunting min. A lapse in focus cost me a bull at 12 yards last year on the last day. My bow was sitting up against a tree instead of in my hand.
i definitely jam out while hiking and working out. nothing cooler than listening to Metallica on top of a mountain. all i need is a stereo at 13,000 feet to blast it to the world.
how cool would it be to play a sax or guitar on a mountain top. listen to that sucker echo down through the basins...
last year in Colorado i had a 5x5 at 47 yards and i was well hidden. the bull was in an open meadow broadside. he came to a weak bugle call. i lined up the shot and that sucker ducked my arrow. my guide was just amazed he has never seen a bulls chest touch the ground before.
we found out...
