    Trijicon Huron

Same experience here. I’m a NF guy but didn’t want to spend nf money on a 22-250 ‘farm’ gun. Ended up with the 2.5-10 Huron and I’m thoroughly impressed with it. I don’t dial with it, but for a set and forget scope it’s perfect for what I needed it to do.

Picked up 500rds of Remington 40gr Jsp the other day. Look forward to seeing how they perform in the 25mn.

.22 Magnum for deer, moose or bear?

What have you had better luck with? I’m thinking soft points like the cci game points may work. I’ve got my granddads beater marlin 25mn that he used for a truck&tractor gun. I know he killed a few deer with it but not sure what he used for ammo. All I have is a few boxes of hornady 30v’s, so...

.22 Magnum for deer, moose or bear?

Anyone use a 30gr vmax for deer?

.223 for bear, mountain goat, deer, elk, and moose.

1-9 can do 77’s… you just need to buy a box or two and test. I’d try 62gr tsx’s as well as bonded bullet loads in the 62-64gr range.

I don’t have any experience with them.

.223 for bear, mountain goat, deer, elk, and moose.

Having not tried them and purely judging by ballistic testing I’ve seen and internet hype.. I would say the tmk’s are ‘better’ than smk.. but the smk’s have never let me down in the 15yrs I’ve used them and I’ve been nothing but pleased with their performance. Killed my second largest buck with...
