In the first 14 years of use, I field dressed ~10 whitetails, skinned ~6, cleaned ~5 turkeys and probably used it for a few other things I don't remember.     Call and thrash brush sporadically throughout the day and night. Minimize walking around that will result in spreading your scent

    I believe the Xtherm is 2.5" thick. I'm a side sleeper. I find it very comfortable and warm. A little noisy as others have mentioned.

    Same as rayporter said. Confirm with transporter that they will fly with it. Then order on-line and have it shipped directly to transporter. In the fall of 2015 it took 3 weeks + for these items to arrive in a remote town in AK for me, purchased via Amazon.
