Not really lengths, but hate setting up neck turning heads after length trimming. A primer pocket reamer, a SA neck turner, a length trimmer and a LA neck turner. just makes life a little easier
Here is some fuel for the nightmares of your anal-ness.....
fde chassis, polished stainless metal, target grey rings on a black scope, dull black rubber grips, shinier black plastic mag and gray sling
or....... green plywood, camo sling, target grey metal, fde scope with *gasp* black caps...
On the other hand, other than cost and being a pain in the ass, there is no downside to hauling a crutch up the mountain in case you hurt your leg, either.....
A badger dug into my coop a couple months ago and put me outta the chikkin biz. Was missing a hen a couple nights ago when I locked them in. Couldn't find my conibear and had a #2 monty handy so set it. He came back last night....
FRP is overblown. 90% of the guys that shoot, can't really tell. Sure, it's a leetle tad louder than the next shots, but not at all like it is unsuppressed. My Sparrow has it, but if that was the only can for the rest of my life, I'd run the piss outta it. And it WAS my only rimfire can for...
Q has valid points. Thing is, my local shop never gets in some of those other choices, so I haven't tried them. But of my seven different ones, the OCL is the pick....
It's all good. Not like you're the first guy ever with unrealistic expectations. Just shoot SV and subs. It's not like you gain a fricking thing with HV. Especially at distance.....
Got my third OCL a week ago (19 hour approval). See what the waits change to, when everybody dumps their apps on the ATF all at once in January(just to save a tax stamp fee). Also have 2 Masks. But only one of each of the others.... Kinda tells what I like.
