    WTS/WTT Minox ZA5i

Looking to sell/trade a Minox 1.2-6x24. It’s been riding on an AR in my safe for years and it’s time to move on. Body/glass are flawless and will come with neoprene cover and SSALT mount. $300 obo. (+4% if G+S) Would consider trades for packs / tri-pod head / other hunting stuff / etc..

How are people affording these crazy home prices?

Where i’m at in OR prices have held and even continued to rise. I just sold this year and made 10k more than I would have this time last year. Now i’ve got my fingers crossed that interest rates drop soon because going from 3% to the high 6’s really sucks….

Go look at the northern lights

First chance to see the northern lights and we had full cloud cover and rain, Oregon sucks again.

    Proof of Insurance

At least in OR, proof of insurance can be done via phone with either a saved pdf or accessing on your insurance companies website/app. Insurance does typically show on the DMV database, but it is not always accurate due to vehicle sale, new insurance policy, slow DMV data entry, etc. Fail to...

    Off-road Stroller

The BOB is a solid stroller and worked great for us. We also used the crap out of our second hand Bugaboo Chameleon. After we used the Bugaboo we passed it on to a family friend who are still using it, after 10+ years old it still works awesome. https://www.bugaboo.com/us-en

    EDC w/ Small Children

In regard to the OP’s original question, only you are going to be able to decide if it is worth edc with little ones. It comes down to risk/reward and you and the wife are the only ones who can make that determination. If that decision is yes, where/how you carry may be determined by what gun...

    How's everybody make a living

I hope i’m wrong, I don’t think this state can handle 4 more years of Kotek (Brown on steroids).

    How's everybody make a living

I’ve never been one to put my faith in government leaders and don’t expect a candidate from either party to fix this mess of a state overnight, but God help us if another D gets into office. With this states long and illustrious history of voting in the worst possible people i’m fully expecting...

Savage 110 Timberline or Weatherby Van Guard Meat Eater Edition?

Both are good, but I would give the nod to Savage. I like that round and for the style of hunting your looking to do it would serve you well. Word of caution though is each rifle handles recoil differently and both those rifles will most likely give you a different shooting experience. I...

More changes to Montana hunting on the horizon.

I’ll be the first to admit I know nothing about Montana’s current seasons, but it sounds like your moving to similar model to what we have in Oregon. And as a shock to no one, it sucks. Compartmentalizing the seasons does not alleviate pressure, it just shifts it around and gives less...
