    I believe HV is for high volume. Has to do with the pole shape/design and how much space is inside the tent. I'd compare the dimensions/volume/height of the tents you're comparing. I have the copper spur HV ul2 for backpacking and love it.

    I’ve had a blue and didn’t like it. Perhaps it was too dark and a lighter one would’ve worked better. I find white is easiest for me, but also orange and pink.
