    I like Leopold and I don't even use the top of the line. They have proven hardy and can take abuse. I have used them in Wyoming, Canada and up and down the East coast. Will probably try a Nightforce in the future. But it's hard to break away from something that works well. Plus I shoot a whole lot.

    Nice rug! Glad I killed mine about 10 years ago. Only cost a bit over 600. 1300.00 is a big increase. I will think very hard before I shoot another and if I do will tan it myself. It's not really that hard and I have done two.

    This is confusing. Several individuals have told me the encore prohunter is engraved. Then more have said clones don't have engraving. Looking for another frame to cut down on barrel changes. Guess, I will buy one with the engraving to match the one I have. Thanks for your input.
