Thanks for the info on your holster. I ordered one and tried it out with my pack (just a couple of miles) and like it a lot. I have a Ruger revolver, 357 so not as big or heavy as a 44, but it feels OK with the pack belt. Thanks again

Thanks for the info on the holster. I've been looking for a different one for my revolver. Tough to find the right combination of low enough that it doesn't interfere with the pack belt and not so close to your body so it's hard to get to under the pack belt. I just don't like chest harness types, too much stuff hanging on my shoulders already with binos, range finder, pack, etc
