It may have been stated earlier in this thread, yet, an advantage , in my opinion, to the 26" frame is that it rises the packbag up two inches. This puts weight that much higher on one's torso, a good factor when carrying much weight.

In my experience, no molle will attach in a stable manner. If you had a pouch or holster that has one strip of molle for attachment ( marsupial holster ), you could run it through the single block of the belt pouch matrix. Yet, it will flop and be unstable. If someone has a method to get this...
