I live in a small town called nevada, its 100 miles south of kc ir 60 miles north of Joplin. It's in good shape. I used it 5 days 2 years ago. Not looking to sell it but thought you could try it before spending cash on a new one and it not fit like you want. I'm 5'10 and about 220 and fit in it just fine with my gear. I either slept on 1 side or at an angle between the poles.
