I have the single lock on a cz 457 and it's pretty damn solid, not hiking with it, didn't think I needed the extra lock. If it was for a hunting rifle I would have. Everything from MDT I've purchased has been very high quality
Probably doesn't matter, find one you like. Mossberg are a going to be hit or miss on accuracy leaning more towards miss...a brake isn't going to change it either way. Just make it louder and reduce recoil.
Don't skimp on the 5 tools I have out...everything else can be upgraded later..

Almost drove into one that was eating out of a dumpster one night in the flats on Kodiak. Bears home was the backyard of the airbnb I was staying long term at, the owner would throw out fish carcasses so his guests would get to see a bear.

Harris are around $150 where the atlas is still in the 250 range with pic rail ....+ different feet or say a a419 arca clamp top which aren't required but nice upgrades.
the MDT oryx and Magpul are both around $100 and also decent choices with the same functionality as a Harris.

Pretty sure the weight difference is .2lb between the two.
I keep the precision on mine for comfort, the weight was negligible.
With scope/bipod/silencer I'm just under 12lbs in 308.
I've been wearing the Nike Free Run 5.0 for the extra padding but have also worn Vibram 5 fingers and they're fine, you just literally feel everything . You'll notice it in the front of your shins the most at first, however they never bothered me enough that I had to take breaks.

Helps with balance, strengthening all the muscles that atrophy in modern shoes or ones with arches. Allows you to run on the pads/balls of your feet easier which is better for your joints, modern shoes have to put all the foam padding in the heel to make up for foot striking wrong.
Called Whites Boots about my boots squeeking a year after they fixed them for squeeking due to a broken foot bed.
