I've got a ep5 on rimfire target rifle. It's a very good scope for a target application where weight doesn't matter. I've spent much more on scopes that are marginly better.

Your favorite hunting knife?

Morakniv Kansbol. Ugly but holds a great edge through a entire elk and is easy to touch up once home. I've had a bunch of expensive knives that are just a pain to sharpen.

UPDATE: Is there a RELIABLE Chrono that is not a $600 lab radar?

My Magnetospeed Sporter has been rock solid. If you're having problems I suspect you have a bad unit. I'd either ship it back to them or save up for a Garmin. Pretty sure you'll be disappointed with a Lab Radar. They're all over the classifieds after Garmin released theirs.
