Nothing more annoying to me than trying to lace up in the dark or untying and retying just to slip them off for a few minutes to take a break. I appreciate the responses i think im gonna go and try on some Zamberlans this weekend.

might be an unpopular opinion but im a big fan of the thin Sitka gunner glove paired with the incenerator muff. gloves are fairly windproof and stick hands in the muff for warmth. I havent found a glove that really works good keeping my hands warm while still being able to use my hands.
Iv been carrying an Eberlestock f1 with a vapor2500 and scabbard. Load shelf is in my opinion a must but the pack is a bit too heavy. Has anyone come across any lighter options with a shelf and the option to add a scabbard?
