I agree, once I started using WalMart plus I bet I only make 3 trips a month to the grocery store. Any issues the come back and pick it up off my porch. WalMart doesn't have the best meat but the rest of the grocery items are on point and it saves me a ton of time.
Many keep taxable income low and buy coverage from the ACA on healthcare.gov. If you can keep AGI down supposedly it is pretty cheap and decent. YMMV I have not looked into it

I have the ARB, it was a game changer for my trips. I have only ran it off the car battery. I can leave the vehicle off for 48 hours and it still works.
My local surplus store sells the Scepter cans. I did buy the factory wrench. I can carry gas in the vehicle without a smell. I prefer strapping it to my roof rack though.
