    Second dropping the down pants but maybe keep the rain pants..? Find a lighter battery pack? I love my Ruta locura trek poles. He made mine a touch longer for strength for my 6’6” height no charge!

    I had good luck with a floored 6moondesign skyscape trekker but did have some condensation on a drizzly night. Without a tyvek ground cloth a floor less on the wet ground wouldn’t have been fun but y’all have me thinking about it now...

    Newbie Elk Hunter - How to adjust bow setup from whitetail to elk

    Coming from Iowa for my first ek hunt last year, definitely should have focused on getting in shape and shooting from extremely uneven terrain! Being able to shoot farther distances could also help. So I suggest you get a setup that’s accurate and then get after the practice and training!!
