I grew up in Arizona hunting with my grandfather, mainly upland game. Though I assisted my grandfather in scouting for Mule Deer and Elk, it wasn't until I moved to Idaho that I began my own pursuit of western big game.

I have a wife and three kids and we love to spend as much time as possible in the outdoors. Be it fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, off-roading or dabbling in landscape and nature photography, we spend as much time as possible enjoying our public lands.

When it comes to hunting, I've been a rifle hunter for the most part, and have been involved in the reloading world for a fair amount of time. In 2023 I finally dove into the archery world and got my first compound bow. Since then I've been putting a lot of time and effort into building my archery knowledge and skills and plan on pursuing big game with a bow for the first time in 2024.
