That thing looks like a royal pain in the ass to use. Weird side zips on the cinch bag, hard to access main bag. 4 straps per side would get annoying and it takes 30 minutes to get to the load shelf. Hard pass for me.
Anyone have issues with repair style buckles slipping out of the notch? It’s happened to me a couple times now and I’d like to resolve it before I lose something. Seems like the angle it’s at on the sewn in loop cause it to slip through.
Looking for a pack with internal stays for carrying a folding type seat or tree stand. I don’t want a frame pack with meat shelf. Tried that but the stays get in the way going through thick brush. Have a pop up and it’s ok but wondering what else is out there.
