I have a Scythe TI and an Ultra 7. I find they are very similar, but the Ultra 7 has required no adjustment to any of my handloads. The Scythe works great on one of my Bergara rifles so I run it on that one, I run TBACs on my customs though.
I second Preferred for great quality and customer service. I don’t know about current wait times. Going with a blank and a local gunsmith may save some time.

My PRC is incredibly picky about being cleaned about every 40-50 rounds. It builds a carbon ring and I get increased pressure before it ever starts giving me bad groups.
I own 3 X-bolts and all shoot well and have been reliable. I don’t think you can go wrong with one. My 28 Nosler is 8lbs 3oz with a Zeiss V4 6-24 and loves the 175 ABLR.
