    Bear over bait

    Biggest thing when we did this in Canada was getting the smell out the first few days. Once the bear found the bait we would use a combination of pastries and molasses.

    Ozonics Gimmick or No?

    Its not 100% but it works. Still hunt the wind but for those ones that do get down wind it helps for sure. Sometimes they smell it but not sure what it is and keep on going. Has helped me multiple times in the 4years been using it.

    What's a Good Mobile Tree Stand Setup?

    I was using Hawk helium sticks with a XOP stand but now going with a Mantis saddle and 3 hawk helium sticks. With a aider on the bottom stick I can get about 18' in the air with only 3 sticks. Set up is very light still working on how will carry in and out of the woods yet.

    Looking at youth muzzleloaders

    My 12 year old nephew shoots my older TC omega with 75 grains and a 200 grain bullet with no issue. He is taller for a 12 yr old so with the thumb hole stock fits him nice but its all about the load. Wont let him shoot over 75 yards with it.

    We use Iris airtight storage containers and they work great. Little more expensive than standard totes but well worth it for air and water tight.

    For small plots love clover but bigger plots we use a brassica blend.
