    Grinding shank meat

    This is my preferred method starting last fall. Get a stainless sawzall blade and trim them to fit in the Instapot. 90 minutes. Natural release. As a bonus, pull the meat and cook everything else for another hour. Strain for bone broth.

    Compounds were difficult for my kids to pull at that age. The low end models I tried anyway. Check out St. Joe River bows out of Michigan. They have a great setup for youth bows where the kids can trade in for an adult bow when they are old enough. Not crazy expensive and they build them in...

    I cooked my first bear backstrap ever last night. Montreal Steak seasoning and smoked at 200 until it got to 160 internal. Came out great!

    Hi From Ireland

    Welcome! Visited Ireland in 2015. We travelled to Kinsale to play Old Head. Gorgeous country for sure. Saw a few tiny deer and huge rabbits but not much other wildlife on the trip.
