    Any backyard(maple sap) boilers out there.

    Smoked Salmon Brine - Wet vs Dry

    Dry for me. Pretty much equal parts brown sugar and kosher salt. 4-6hrs and rinse and dry for quite a while.. Make sure to baste with maple syrup during smoking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
