    that is a very grey area. They CAN legally fence a portion of their land at the corner and if that fence is 12ft tall there's not much the state can do about it. The state would have to prove intent, which is near impossible. Ole Fred had enough money to fence one acre on each corner 12ft high...

    How is it not much faster than your cm? With factory ammo you should see 200-300fps more with prc. If you had load you should see 300+ even with the heavier 156bergers
