    Registration hunt pick up permit in person. Check for land ownership prior to hunting to avoid unwanted legal exposure. You can purchase permit to hunt native corp owned land which I would recommend.

    Another Kimber mountain ascent 280ai with 162gr ELDx. Last years goat 425 yds drt. Would not bypass the chance for another rifle. Why look a gift horse in the mouth as the saying goes!!!

    Moose are not terribly difficult to kill. I have used many different platforms & bullets with success. Shoot what you are comfortable hunting with for the expected range your area calls for. Like grandma always said “ moose huntin ain’t fancy “
