Just started my 7 year old on a Mission Hammr, so far it seems pretty good, other than the Scheels guy setting him up with the wrong length of pull, but I got that fixed at home. Just a matter of removing two screws and adjusting. Super easy, no press needed.
I've actually been thinking about building a coyote gun chambered in 6 Dasher. Super easy to tune a load for, and a 1:8 twist should shoot 100gr bullets no problem. The only drawback would be there's no commercial ammo for it, so handloads only.
Grew up hunting muleys and ring necks in the Badlands, just getting into archery again and have been into PRS for about a year now. Looking forward to picking some brains here and contributing where I can.
I know it would be best to have two separate packs, but I've got to make do with one for now. I shoot PRS in the summer, and rifle and bow hunt deer in the fall/winter. Would the Mystery Ranch Pop Up 38 be decent for both? Seeing some decent sales online, thinking I might want to pick one up...
