Thanks for the response, I appreciate it. I'll definitely talk to a Dr. at least. I noticed you are from VA and was curious where you are? I'm from VA and just moved back here after 17 years in Idaho. I've got a place on the South Fork of the Shenandoah north of Luray.

just curious, what are the long term risks of putting off these kinds of repairs? My right shoulder definitely has a tear, but I don't know how bad. Can one essentially hold the status quo in place for a while, maybe with PT? I'm 60 and have recently changed up my life completely and am doing...
I live here and have a number of friends at IDFG, but it's frustrating how long it takes them to run the draws. Winter kill is pretty much a known by May 1. We are in the computer age. Late June or early July is too long.
I've got a Rockwood A-frame pop-up like the one above and it's pretty good in bad weather, including high winds with stabilizers down. You really have to stay on top of the seals though, or fine snow and sometimes water will get in. overall I have to say it's not terribly well built, and much...
I hunted 52 and 521 third season for deer about 4 years ago. Not sure if you can do a private message on here or not, but I'd be happy to talk to you for some info on north Idaho whitetails. I'm in eastern ID. Do you have maps of those units?
I got lucky and drew a 67 Second season deer tag. I live in Idaho and at 60 there's a good chance I will say farewell to CO after this hunt, and so I'm thinking about breaking the piggy bank and going guided. I've talked to one outfit that operates in the unit, but would love to hear any...
I'm wondering if the sentence about the deer tag increases not being proportional across the seasons in DAU 25 because of later 3rd and 4th season dates means that most of the additional tags will be in the 2nd season? What do you guys think? I put in for 2nd season in 67.
You guys that have full strut mounts, do they hold up well not being in a glass case? I had one done in VA back in the 1990s and it still looks great, but is in a glass case. I've moved a number of times and will have to again and sooner or later that case is going to break. I guess I'm...
I've liked using mine, seems to help a bit with the lonely factor when you are hunting alone, but it went dead on me at a really bad time when I was deep in NV on a deer hunt last fall. I knew it wasn't the battery and had no idea what the problem was. I knew my wife would be really worried if...
The little cheapy Sierra saw will work, but you'll need a long break after cutting a large bull skull plate with it. They are super light, and the replacement blades are less the $10 I believe. It's what I carry, but the Wyoming saw will do a faster and better job for sure.
