    You may be able to, but my thinking was attaching where I did would even more so put that weight on the frame. I can barely tell it’s there.

    So the lower attaches to the webbing on the lower compression strap. It stays right next to the frame, never had any issue with it sliding out if that makes sense. I also like they there is a piece of webbing that goes on the inside of the fhf buckle so that it doesn’t rub on the stock.

    I’ll put my 2 cents in on the rifle carry conversation. Had the slik sling, way too much weight on the hip. Tried the exo, just wasn’t a fan of the elastic bucket or the potential of scraping the stock. Ended up with the FHF sling/carrier. So far, it’s one of my favorite pieces of new gear...

    Picked up the rifle carrier in the shop. I’m also in the crowd that wants quick attach. I have a slik sling, so I’m gonna mess around with using the slik upper and the Exo lower and see how that feels/works.

    That’s exactly why I didn’t do the stone glacier one. My main gripe with the slik sling is that it puts way too much weight/pressure on the hip belt.

    Thanks for the update Steve! I know we’ll find out next week in the videos, but will it also be a ‘quick attach’ as well? As in will I be able to attach it while wearing the pack? My current setup (slik sling) does that, but looking forward to your innovation.
