    I went with a proof Sendero 22”. You can find pre-fits from Stocky’s in the 22-24” range. Anything shorter you’ll generally have to buy a blank and have someone chamber it for you.

    I purchased a few bottles of Federal and picked up the Garmin Chrono last week. Will report back to this thread with numbers. Also have had no issues sourcing ammo. Seems to be readily available where I’m at in Denver.

    Comparing reloads to a specifically underperforming factory ammo isn’t apples to apples. Go do some reloads for a 7PRC and compare them.

    A guy on another thread is getting 2850 out of his 18” PRC using the Federal ELDX factory ammo. Give it a shot.

    Yep, seems to be that none of the really comfortable hats come in blaze orange. Which sucks because that’s pretty much the only hat I wear in the field.

However I picked up a synthetic hat from Free Fly and love it, very comfortable. It’s a mix of nylon and polyester but they don’t sell blaze orange...
