Forgot just bought a new frying pan from "Made It" carbon steel. It's taken a little bit of time to get it broken in and use to using it. Cooks just like cast iron but lighter. It does heat faster so learning to turn the heat down.

Other half has both and he says the hardscrabble does not feel or act like the Mountain hunter extreme. They are stiffer and doesn't grip the rocks like the ME.
