    Glock 19 MOS Gen 5 is perfect first pistol. You can leave it irons or try a red dot. World's most common handgun for a reason.

    Mine stay tight when properly lok-tight'd and torqued. Never been a big fan of their fit and finish, though. Would recommend lapping them to minimize rings marks on your optic, and increase the contact area between ring and scope.

    Depending on your intended target at 600y, I'd recommend the 3-15x over a 3-9x for PID reasons.
