You're going to really enjoy it! I've taken mine on a bikepacking trip with the stove. I stored my bike inside and was super comfortable with the stove going. Plenty of room.
It TRULY does!!
I had a late September trip in my Akto. I was glad I had a bomb shelter with the rain turn snow during the day as I had to hunker down. BUT...I was cramped in that tent for several hours waiting till the storm broke. And bored. I was in my rain gear but then got cold since I...
The exterior fabric of the bag laps over the arm holes. I was sceptical that there wasn't a closure but I saw some infrared video of the arm ports. No change in heat loss from that area. Pretty impressed.
It really improves being able to do tasks in the tent while still in the bag.
Selling my Gen 1 Toyota Tundra DC Topper. Excellent shape. The truck has about 130k on it and so does the topper. It's set up with lights so you just need to run wire from your battery and you're set. The bars do not come with the topper but obviously it has rails already mounted. The window has...

Are you planning on packing it in? April - November you will likely encounter mosquitos so getting a...
I'm going to chime in here for some clarification.
While I liked the idea of the Sitka sleeping bag there are some things I did not like, first thing was it is synthetic and will not pack down very small. Also synthetic bags tend to be a bit cheaper than this.
1) I have actually seen the...

I used a Cimmiron w/stove for a 10 day solo moose hunt. Loved the space to spread out all my stuff. I used this Tipi for many trips both solo and with a hunting partner while skiing, climbing, and biking. I always wanted more from this tipi like, a bathtub floor option, steeper sidewalls and a...
