Sorry, late to the game.
I shoot in RAW only, Nikon has a menu to convert a RAW to JPEG if I want to download it to my phone and then move it to Instagram or Facebook without running it through Photoshop or Lightroom first.
If I want to do some editing, then I have the RAW image to do that...
People always seem to get things backwards. The weapon doesn't make the hunter, weapons are an extension of the hunter.
Everything goes in this direction.

Liners, absolutely get them, period, it's not an option in wet places in single wall shelters. Once you experience a inside rainstorm, you will never go without them again.

Hands down, the best way to go about it, is to send a pair of boots into Hoffman's and have them corked. (spelled caulk, but pronounced cork, don't ask me why)
No sticks to run through anything and get hung up, nothing to rip off or break. They can be replaced with either tool steel or carbide...
