I have used Tenacious Tape for quite some time on lots of gear from jackets/pants to tents/fly's and temporary patches on packs. Some of those fixes have been in place and still going for 2-3 or more years. My pack always has a roll in it.
It is called a down jacket, "puffy" sounds so super gay! Been wearing down for 30 years and never referred to my jacket as a puffy, LOL.
If you want to be a mountain hunter its called a down jacket. If you want to walk Fifi and Fofoo in Central Park its called a puffy. :p:p:p
;)
I carried that exact rifle for a few years. I did lots of work to it and it would always shoot two 150g TSX hand loads touching at 100Y and the third was always high and right about 3/4" to 1''. Not sure why but I was never really happy with it. Still a very good mountain rifle though...
And here I went and sent you a lengthy response to your PM, Hahaha.... I guess you already decided. Sorry for the late response.
You will be happy with your choice Duk. A much better choice than the other that you asked about IMO...
Cheers!
Carried this one this last season and it did a great job on many animals. A great companion to the Havalon... Swamp Rat Warden:
Not my picture but the same knife.
I got my first real mountain boots about 25 years ago and since then have probably owned close to 20 pairs. Meindl, Scarpa, Solomon, Vasque, LA Sportiva, Koflach, Raichle, Lowa, Hanwag, and I am sure there are a few in there that aren't coming to mind right now... My favorites of all of those...
