I mostly lurk on this forum and do a little trading here and there. I’m not really a pot stirrer.
Just wanted to point out that 3,000 per day is about 1.1 million per year.
There have been roughly 2.5 million refugees from Ukraine in the last 2 weeks, and there are more on the way.

works for me
stay pockets fit
duplex has 1" shoulder strap webbing. need a 1" repair buckle.
delta straps and waist straps from both belts are 1", so no issue there.
Not sure if this helps, but:
I've only hauled relatively light camping loads in mine (<45lbs), but for me the magic wands did give some lift if they were flexed like a bow. No flex, no lift. To work, they had to be fixed to the crossbar where the top of the harness was and then bent...
One other thing that might help is to make sure the top corners are stretched out when you attach the pouch so that there is tension right away when you go to pull the zipper.
Not sure if it matters on the k brand pouches, but other hip belt pockets I've had wouldn't zip right if they were too...
Velcro plus a panel of fabric might work for you if the other options don't pan out.
I think the original longhunter bags and grabits used to come with fleece cammo/orange panels that went on with velcro. I have an older black grabit that I picked up 2nd hand that has several sewn on patches...
First Spear makes some shoulder straps too - I think they're called ECP or something like that. They do the HPG manufacturing, so the quality & color would match.
Cheapest method would probably be to just use webbing and some repair buckles, or maybe pick up an old jansport bookbag or...
The new frames and belts no longer have the delta strap. It is my understanding that is how they now come directly from Kifaru. After extensive testing, it was deemed unnecessary by Kifaru staff.
Bikini frames and belts prior to this inline change (like mine) still have the delta straps...
beat me to it
My bikini belt has 3/4" webbing to the shoulder straps instead of 1". Otherwise it's the same as the duplex hunting belts I've seen (1" delta and waist straps, 1 row of pals over larger velcro backed strap, power pulls, stay pockets).
I would run a strap from the common loops above the stays on the frame. Ghooks or buckles at each end, then put a ghook or kconnector or kclip in the middle, sliding on the strap. Then you hook up your pocket to that middle clip and it makes a V shape that you can tighten at the frame.
