I have an Opticron MM4 77 field scope and am looking for a fixed 32x or 23x eye piece.

    Zeiss Victory SR Opinions

Thanks for the input. I ended up getting the SF's in 8X32. My hands are pretty steady even with 10x42's but I do notice an increase in clarity/detail with 8's. My wife has 8X42 Swaro NL's and I feel that the SF's are more to my liking, (atleast for viewing small birds like Warblers).

    Bino Harness Recommendations

Thanks, I use one of their enclosed packs with other binos. I just checked their site, only two colors of their enclosed bino packs are on sale, (10% off). I decided to give the new Kifaru pack with nav pouch a try, I really like the design. Unfortunately, it won't arrive until mid-summer.

    Bino Harness Recommendations

I'm looking for an enclosed harness for a pair of Swaro 8x42 NL Pures with the headrest. What are folks using since these are longer than most 8X42's?

Do I need a spotting scope?

It's not necessary. Especially, if you have a decent scope on your rifle.

    Looking for 10 x binoculars

Have you looked through the NL Pure's? They are incredible and the optional forehead rest really work's. I picked up a demo pair for my wife at a great price and you couldn't tell them from new.

    Zeiss Victory SR Opinions

I'm upgrading my birding binos to Alpha glass and have narrowed it down to either the 8x32 or 10x32 Victory SR's from Zeiss. I like the FOV and light weight. Has anyone had the chance to compare both? Currently, I own the following lower tier binos that I use for archery and other activities...

    50th Anniversary Bear Takedown

Finally received my replacement riser from Bear. It's a 50th Anniversary Takedown, size A with #1, 27# limbs. It's perfect for practice since I fractured my elbow last year. Smooth shooting and a pleasure to use. I've been riding my bike to the local range here on Chicago's lakefront, and hope...
