I'm considering just changing to my 55 pound bow and shooting an arrow in the ballpark of 500 grains at around 170 fps. If that don't work, I quit! Still got some time between now and the season to mess around with things.
That's awesome. Pretty similar setup to mine it sounds like. I have a heavier setup I can get a little more oomph out of, but this is the bow I like shooting.
I've got about a dozen and a half Magnus Stinger 2 blades. I keep my eyes open on eBay and anytime I can find them for $30 or less with shipping I snag more. I get a hair shaving razor sharp edge on them with the KME jig.

I'm trying to learn the KSL or NTS style of shooting and I'm having issues with my bow shoulder coming along for the ride when I rotate my core and then I never achieve good alignment. Has anybody else struggled with this? Does anybody have any remedies or fixes for this? Much obliged...
