I am in the same position and looking at the same three manufactures. I am leaning towards the havak and could be pushed over the edge with the sale next week from seekins:

My wife and I have been running MSR's for ~10yrs w/o issue. Can't remember exact model but look like the lightnings.
Love the grip. You can't go wrong with them in my mind.
I shoot out to 50-60yds regularly to make the hunting shots at sub-30yds feel like chip shots.
Second the cheap feed bag, burlap bag, or similar stuffed with plastic - cheap!

My guess is a 2018 with a 125gr point/standard insert will be close (assuming 28" draw and ~29" arrow length).
Bare shaft tuning will tell you a lot about spine, nock point, and your release!
