Base layers

Ive tried merino and synthetic base layer tops, and I personally prefer synthetic. I dont wear baselayer bottoms, I just throw puffy pants on immediately if I am going to stop and glass.

Nikon Monarch 3000 stabilized rangefinder

How is the Monarch 3000 STABILIZED different from the Monarch7iVR and ARROW ID 7000VR? Do all 3 have the same image stabilization/ vibration reduction?
