Need help with fitting pack for sure been playing with it and did a few 4 mile hikes with 38lbs and I got it alot better but still rubs my arm pits

That's cool. You seem to be very knowledgeable about light weight backpacking etc. I've hunted for years but doing my first backpack hunt this fall. Bought a exo-mountain pack and lots of other gear. But would love to talk with someone with more knowledge if your interested
