You should be able to draw areas 38 and 42 with your PP. Both are ok areas with some access. I wpould hunt them after first 2 weeks and not on weekend. 38 is right outside of town where we live and can have big bucks but they move off and on the HMA on the Laramie side. We have hunted it and done fine.
